CONTEMPT! No I do not support the budget

Harper Government in Contempt

I have read several very detailed articles stating that the Prime Minister of Canada has more Executive Authority than any other leader in the free world, including the President of the United States. Just so you know, Harper is a product of a US Intelligence Operation at the Calgary School to install a Prime Minister that will put Canada under US Authority. – Geoffrey Laxton

When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear their government, there is tyranny.

Is regime change possible through the electoral process? It’s happening in the U.S., where the neocons are succeeding in transforming the American state from a liberal democracy into a corporatist, theocratic regime. As Canada readies for a federal election, the question must be asked: Are we next?

    The ‘noble lie’

Strauss believed that allowing citizens to govern themselves will lead, inevitably, to terror and tyranny, as the Weimar Republic succumbed to the Nazis in the 1930s. A ruling elite of political philosophers must make those decisions because it is the only group smart enough. It must resort to deception — Strauss’s “noble lie” — to protect citizens from themselves. The elite must hide the truth from the public by writing in code. “Using metaphors and cryptic language,” philosophers communicated one message for the elite, and another message for “the unsophisticated general population,” philosopher Jeet Heer recently wrote in the Globe and Mail. “For Strauss, the art of concealment and secrecy was among the greatest legacies of antiquity.”
Strauss, who died in 1973, believed in the inherent inequality of humanity. Most people, he famously taught, are too stupid to make informed decisions about their political affairs. Elite philosophers must decide on affairs of state for us.

    parallel political careers…..
some rabble rousing followed by a couple of minority governments and then bingo …..supreme leader note the economic crisis part.

    sorry this never came thru
find the easily readable table here
    Date Total
    votes Votes,
    percentage Reichstag
    seats Notes
    May 1924 1,918,300 6.5 32 Hitler in prison
    December 1924 907,300 3.0 14 Hitler released from prison
    May 1928 810,100 2.6 12
    September 1930 6,409,600 18.3 107 After the financial crisis
July 1932 13,745,000 37.3 230 After Hitler was candidate for presidency
    November 1932 11,737,000 33.1 196
    March 1933 17,277,180 43.9 288 During Hitler’s term as chancellor of Germany

the crime omnibus bill always reminded me of hitlers law and order speech and this bill claims economic law and order

the “harper” government is reform and alliance
peter mackay may forever be the equivalent quisling
his sell out of the progressive conservative brand and the blind votes that came with it to the harper cabal has enabled all of these events
explain to the conservative next door who has always voted conservative
that conservative just isn’t conservative anymore

so we no longer need to wonder where the disgust and contempt with Canadians comes from or why the secrecy and forcible promotion of “omnibus bills”

so get out on the porch
    smell the air
it is exactly what germany smelled like in about 1937
i don’t think canada saw him coming far enough ahead to give us anyway to stop him either
and between bilderberger and northern front and American connections and voter fraud…
i fear our future, short term (the next three years) and the aftermath

is there a link to that quote john?

Sometime back, I commented that if one put a Gestapo uniform on Harper it would fit him to a tee. Every day that goes by he proves me right. The political comparisons you draw with respect to Hitler and Harper are astounding, but true nevertheless. The system today promotes demigoddery (or Heroes as Chris Hedges refers to them), along with those who control the images control us, which allows the likes of Harper to come to power. Once in, they change all the rules to ensure they do not have to ever give up power, and the shepple buy into this and become nothing more than slaves without realizing it, until it is too late.

Yes, the conservatives today are not the conservatives of yesterday. Oh, but if only they were? But then again, conservatives have always been keen to sell us out to our American cousins, have they not but it took reform/alliance to actually pull it off, as we speak. Well this time under their name (conservative) and banner they are actually doing it, while most in their flock don’t even know it, never mind supporting such traitorous actions.

Having read ‘The Republic of Plato’ I am aware of the ‘Noble Lie’ but there is no nobleness from Harper, only self-serving lies on behave of his agenda to sell our country out to foreign corporate interests and reduce Canadians to nothing more than wage and debt slaves in the process.

How do we stop this man is on many people’s minds. The fact the system gives him so much power and the people none, not even a recall mechanism, control of the house, senate and supreme court, along with a public service that is in fear of him leaves few options. But the fact that fewer than 24% of eligible voters supporting him equating to a majority government changing the very foundations of our democratic process while selling us out to the highest bidder, while also ensuring he gets his way by paving the way for Big Brother to come into our country with their police forces and or army makes one wonder if there is any other way short of…

Sorry, the quote I got was from facebook and I know not where except it was from one of my facebook friends.

Thanks for your comment. It certainly is appreciated and well received by this blogger. Now I have to rush for a late breakfast at Timmy’s with my wife. Best!
