What I'm About
About John Prince
I stand opposition — to the nation state, to corporate dominance, to the existing order. Not out of cynicism, but conviction. I believe in justice, equality, and human dignity. I challenge systems that fail us and advocate for alternatives that empower people.
Born in Toronto, raised in Montreal, and shaped by decades in Vancouver, I now call Alberta home. My journey has taken me from city council chambers to mayoral campaigns, always driven by a simple truth:
“In this life, one does not have to stand tall, but one does have to stand up.”
I stand up. For people. For principles. For change.
I’m politically engaged, socially conscious, and critical of capitalism’s excesses. I explore alternative economic and political systems, drawing from deep knowledge of political theory and history. My work is rooted in a commitment to human rights and democratic renewal.
“To punish me for my contempt for authority, fate made me an authority myself.”
This site is where I speak freely — about politics, power, and the possibilities ahead. If you’re tired of the status quo, you’re in the right place.
